By Week 1, I had already formed expectations based on my observations and prior research on collaborative learning:

I expected students would report significant improvement in their marketing concept familiarity from Week 1 to Week 4. The initial survey responses showed most students felt not very familiar with marketing concepts, leaving substantial room for growth through collaborative case analysis.
